My virtual support is a hand hold via the wonders of the internet, you will get emotional support as you navigate parenthood, we can chat about any worries and concerns you may have and I can signpost you to any further information that may help you grow as a parent. I will be that impartial ear we all need in those first postnatal months and beyond.

My online package is a weeks worth of support which takes the form of a 3 hrs worth of calls/zoom support and unlimited email/WhatsApp/text support.
